Concierge Resolution Support
For Signature and Premiere members, DDD360 provides hands-on support in resolving identified issues — from coordinating service providers to managing repair timelines and documentation.
Boundaries of Service
DDD360 does not perform repairs or construction work.
Our role is evaluation, documentation, and oversight — not contracting. We identify, score, and track. Resolution support connects you to qualified providers, but DDD360 does not perform physical work.
DDD360 evaluations are not a substitute for licensed inspections.
While thorough and structured, our evaluations serve a different purpose than code inspections, appraisals, or engineering assessments. We complement — not replace — licensed professionals.
Specialized systems may require referral.
Some systems (pools, solar arrays, septic, well water, etc.) fall outside the core evaluation standard and may require specialist assessment. We’ll note these clearly in your report.
Scores reflect observable condition, not market value.
The Property Health Score™ measures physical condition and risk — it is not an appraisal or market valuation tool. It supports informed decisions but does not determine property worth.
